Try Switching From Phone To Email
Many businesses are seeing an unexpected bonus after using email to work with customers. Their once sizeable phone bills are dropping, sometimes by as much as half.
Now that more and more people use email everyday (it's by far the most popular feature of the Internet) they no longer feel they have to speak to someone on the phone to have a business relationship. Multiple phone calls can be replaced with several emails and one session on the phone.
Lots of the social chit-chat that seems to be required in polite phone conversations is gone. Email tends to be quicker, more direct, and more efficient.
Schedules don't have to be in sync. Annoying phone tag doesn't exist on the Internet. As long as everyone is in the habit of checking email often, your message can reach its destination sooner.
